What is a demitasse spoon used for?
A demitasse spoon is a diminutive spoon, smaller than a teaspoon. It is traditionally used for coffee drinks in specialty cups and for spooning cappuccino froth. It is also used as a baby spoon, and in some surgical procedures.

Does your company make donations?
The Deneen family loves making charitable donations. Each year at their 4QTR board meeting they review the candidates who received donations from the previous year and discuss what organization they will work with in the coming year. How do I pay for my mugs?
First time orders are pre-pay. Following orders are charged when shipped. We prefer credit card payment and your card number to be attached to your account.
How long can I expect to get the sample?
After you pay the sample charge and send us confirmed files, the samples will be ready for delivery in 6-8 days. The samples will be sent to you via express and arrive in 3-5 workdays.
Can you match a specific color for the glaze on the mugs I am ordering?
Sorry, we cannot guarantee a perfect color match with our glazes due to the limited amount of glaze colors we have as well as the variation in the way our glazes can look on the final product due to the forces of mother nature.
