My invoice indicates that I am missing one or two items?

Due to the nature of the firing process, all orders come with a 10% underrun which will not be remade except by your request. We want all the stoneware we send you to be the highest quality so we will not send nor will you be billed for mugs that do not pass our inspection.

How do I pay for my mugs?

First time orders are pre-pay. Following orders are charged when shipped. We prefer credit card payment and your card number to be attached to your account.

I am so excited for my first order. How long will the process take?

We love making mugs just for you. Once we receive your design work, we add you to our art wait list. You will typically receive an art proof in 2-3 weeks. Production on the order will not begin until both the design and mug order are approved and the prepayment is received. Mug production averages around 10-12 weeks.

What is special about porcelain?

Porcelain is traditionally made from two essential ingredients: kaolin, also called china clay, a silicate mineral that gives porcelain its plasticity, its structure; and petunse, or pottery stone, which lends the ceramic its translucency and hardness.

How long can I expect to get the sample?

After you pay the sample charge and send us confirmed files, the samples will be ready for delivery in 6-8 days. The samples will be sent to you via express and arrive in 3-5 workdays.

Can you match a specific color for the glaze on the mugs I am ordering?

Sorry, we cannot guarantee a perfect color match with our glazes due to the limited amount of glaze colors we have as well as the variation in the way our glazes can look on the final product due to the forces of mother nature.
