How long does the whole procedure being worked out?
After you place a order,the production handling time is about 45-60 days.
We need 15 days to prepare all the stuff then 30 days for manufacturing.
What about the transportation and delivery date?
Normally we use shipment to transprot the goods.It is about 25-40 days.It also denpends on which coutry and port you are.It could be shorter if you need to send the goods like Asian.

Can you microwave glazed ceramics?
It is food safe, and is thicker and heavier than fine china. It is meant to be used and loved every day, not just for display. It may be put in the dishwasher, oven, and microwave. Are ceramic cups safe?

How long can I expect to get the sample?

Can you match a specific color for the glaze on the mugs I am ordering?
Sorry, we cannot guarantee a perfect color match with our glazes due to the limited amount of glaze colors we have as well as the variation in the way our glazes can look on the final product due to the forces of mother nature.
