Can you microwave stoneware mugs?
A stoneware item won't necessarily damage your oven, but it will likely get very very hot. Instead of your food heating, instead it will be your dish that heats. ... TL:DR -Stoneware is generally not a good choice for a microwave oven. You should stick to glass, plastic, and microwave safe ceramics.
Is all ceramic dishwasher safe?
Surprisingly, most porcelain and china dishware is dishwasher safe. But if your dinnerware has metallic images or trim, hand wash it to prevent damage to the decorations.

Can you microwave porcelain mugs?
Yes, ceramics like stoneware and porcelain are generally save for microwaves. However, avoid microwaving any ceramic plates with metallic edges or finishes.
Can you microwave a coffee mug?
Unfortunately, we don't recommend putting your stainless steel travel mug in the microwave (or your water bottle either, for that matter). The stainless steel will block your coffee from heating up, and it may even damage your microwave. Simply put, stainless steel and microwaves don't get along.
How long can I expect to get the sample?
After you pay the sample charge and send us confirmed files, the samples will be ready for delivery in 6-8 days. The samples will be sent to you via express and arrive in 3-5 workdays.
Can you match a specific color for the glaze on the mugs I am ordering?
Sorry, we cannot guarantee a perfect color match with our glazes due to the limited amount of glaze colors we have as well as the variation in the way our glazes can look on the final product due to the forces of mother nature.
